EODHD data source

Bring-your-own-key sync via pomelo-eodhd / yuzu-cli eodhd-sync (shipped epic #192).

The engine never calls EODHD. This crate writes the same data-layout tree as FMP. Stance, block comparison, and assemble recipes: data-sources.md (re-audited in #186).

Not a commitment that EODHD numbers match FMP. Definitions and coverage differ.

--out accepts a local path or s3://bucket[/prefix] (same credentials as fmp-sync). --index requires a local path.
